TERRA IMPACT SOCIETY
" I hope for your help to explore and protect the wild ocean in ways that will restore the health and, in so doing, secure hope for humankind. Health to the ocean means health for us. "
Sylvia EARLE (1935-)
Sylvia Earle was called a "Hero for the Planet" by Time magazine. She's an oceanographer, explorer, author, and lecturer. She has spent her life beneath the waves since the 1950s, striving to awaken consciousness.
Our guiding principle
At TERRA IMPACT SOCIETY, we embrace a vision of a world where we are all agents of change, advocating for a sustainable, ethical, and responsible business approach while preserving life, the planet, and, in turn, the common good and economic growth. We place systemic change and sustainable innovation at the heart of our actions and projects, creating the conditions for a virtuous and progressive transformation of the economic, political, and societal landscape by introducing new ways of thinking, acting, being, measuring, and growing!
Why TERRA IMPACT SOCIETY?
TERRA is a figure from Roman mythology, the wife of Uranus. She is also known as Tellus or Terra Mater and is often depicted as a towering goddess. While she is the personification of the Earth, she represents far more than that. Terra Mater was a deity of nature, marriage, fertility, and the Earth itself.
In Greco-Roman mythology, before the reign of the Olympians or the Titans, there was nothing; and before nothing, there was Chaos. Chaos was regarded as the first deity the primordial god of the void from which all things in the universe emerged. In many Greco-Roman myths, the first divinity to take form from this primordial Chaos was Terra, the primordial goddess of the Earth.
She is often depicted in Roman art as a woman partially immersed in the earth, often adorned with plants, animals, and a cornucopia a collection of flowers and fruits in a basket. The name Terra Mater is Latin and translates literally to "Mother Earth."

Tailoring our Mission to fit your Values and Purpose
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

IMPACT as in “creating a positive impact,” meaning generating direct, indirect, and cumulative benefits in the short, medium, and long term through our actions alongside you, across the various components of your environment (human, ecological, biodiversity, business, etc.). This progress can then be measured using specific indicators.
SOCIETY, much like the first think tank and political club founded in London in 1884, the Fabian Society; and in the spirit of our own organization, TERRA IMPACT SOCIETY, which brings together individuals who reflect, analyze, and respond to various social, societal, and environmental challenges in the common interest of society and the economic world.
TERRA IMPACT SOCIETY functions, in a way, as a think tank and innovation hub, offering solutions derived from interdisciplinary debates conducted through collective intelligence and without preconceived notions.
Our ultimate goal is to create meaningful environmental, social, and economic impact. Organizations must generate long-term value while balancing ecological and social costs, ensuring profitability at every level. No single metric should overshadow another—this is why we exist!
Let us lead by example and bring our vision of ecological, social, and societal action to life—together, for all!
Combining economic development and sustainability
The realization of our vision is, therefore, to create a positive impact together—environmentally, ecologically, socially, and economically. Our organizations must generate sustainable profit by balancing their ecological and social costs while ensuring profitability at all levels. No single measure can override the others; they must coexist in harmony. This is why we exist!
The "why act" now seems self-evident, while the "how" and "what" remain far more complex and elusive. For many, sustainability remains an abstract and perplexing concept, raising questions about the relevance of actions to be taken and their true impact.
Inspire and integrate to adopt best practices and keep your Business growing !
To sustain and grow, we must deeply and daily integrate the fundamentals of Sustainability into core business and operating models. Ultimately, this will enable us to transform ourselves by increasing positive effects of our activities and our impact rather than offsetting negative effects
